Howard is the leader and co-founder of Kuavo. He is a proud Caymanian, who spent his formative years in the UK.
Having originally qualified as a planning professional, Howard has spent the last two decades excelling in both the local and international real estate markets. Prior to founding Kuavo, Howard was responsible for directing and overseeing several distinguished real estate brands. With an intimate knowledge of the local market and possessing broad industry expertise, Howard serves on the board of directors of CIREBA (Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association)
He is a family man and father to twin girls and their Boston Terrier brother Hugo. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports and is a self-proclaimed gym fanatic.
Richard is a founder of Kuavo. He is a proud Caymanian, who grew up in the UK. He leads our overseas Property Management Department and is an accomplished Building Surveyor. His perspective is both local and international.
Richard has planned, surveyed, and managed large-scale developments in the Islands and overseas. From standard land surveying to building pathology, defect diagnosis, and boundary disputes. His reputation for reliable and comprehensive project delivery, makes him the top choice for designing and project managing major remedial construction projects in the Caribbean. He also consults with his clients regarding their commercial and industrial property developments.
In his spare time, Richard follows his favourite sports teams and is a self-proclaimed movie buff.
Joseph is a founder of Kuavo. He is from the Northwest of England and is proud to call the Islands home. Joseph is Kuavo’s Property Expert and the head of our Surveying and Property Services teams in the UK. His extensive knowledge includes 20 years in surveying, asset management, property consulting, and sales & acquisitions—in both the UK and the Caribbean.
Joseph’s clients appreciate his detail-oriented approach and ability to prioritize their needs. He is pragmatic, clear, and concise, which builds trust and ongoing partnerships.
Joseph is a Motorsports fanatic who enjoys outdoor excursions with his dog Phoebe.
Tahmina is a dependable Operations Supervisor with extensive experience across various operational positions from a very young age. She’s equipped to handle any operation that requires her special expertise. In addition to her professional qualifications, Tahmina finds joy in discovering the beauty of the Cayman Islands. Not only does she show appreciation for natural wonders, but she also gives back to her local community through volunteer activities such as being a Mangrove Ranger.
