About Sam Twiss
Samantha Twiss was born in Kingston, Jamaica after her parents moved to the West Indies from Liverpool, England in the late 60’s. She spent a lot of her younger years growing up in Barbados and Chester, England before arriving in the Cayman Islands in 1994 and making it her home.
Sam has vast professional and social networks both on the island and internationally. She transitioned to real estate in 2003 after working in the local Television broadcasting industry for nearly a decade. Her existing business relationships enabled her to expand her network and solidify a presence in the industry. Sam has been a senior agent and member of the KUAVO team since the company’s launch in 2018.
Her full service approach has everyone covered, whether you are a seller, buyer, landlord or a tenant, Sam is ready to assist. Her boundless enthusiasm and friendly demeanor.
When not assisting her customers, Sam likes to spend her leisure time playing golf, painting, beach walking with her dog Murphy, and sharing family time with her husband and young nieces.
